此次展覽的緣起，是澳門基金會的吳誌良先生來湘考察時，談起要在澳門舉辦一個湖湘藝術代表性畫家與書家的展覽，此事如今終於由願望而成現實，之間，時間匆匆過去了將近一年。
Why the exhibition is held? During his investigation in Hunan, Mr. Wu Zhiliang, Chairman of Macao Foundation, said it was expected to hold an exhibition for the artists and calligraphers representative of the art of Hunan in Macao. Time lapses nearly one year, and now the expectation becomes realistic finally.
此次展覽的主角，最後厘定的，是劉雲先生和孔小平先生，他二人一在繪畫上，一在書法上，是湖湘藝術非常具有代表性的yabo22官网 。劉雲先生為全國美協理事、湖南省美術家協會常務副主席兼湖南省畫院院長，而孔小平先生為全國書法家協會會員、湖南省書法家協會副主席兼長沙市書法家協會主席。二人的銜頭很是耀目，但亦是名至實歸。此次展覽，二人各展出25件作品，件件應是嘔心瀝血之力作。
Mr. Liu Yun and Kong Xiaoping are finally determined as the main roles of the exhibition. They are very representative of the painting and calligraphy art of Hunan. Mr. Liu Yun is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, the standing vice-chairman of Hunan Artists Association and the director of Hunan Painting Academy, while Mr. Kong Xiaoping is a member of Chinese Calligraphers Association, the vice-chairman of Hunan Calligraphers Association and the chairman of Changsha Calligraphers Association. They have glorious title but their fame follows merit. 25 pieces of works are respectively provided by them for the exhibition, and each piece is masterpiece which they create with their utmost efforts.
劉雲先生早年是有名的油畫家，近10年，跨界而醉心水墨丹青，專攻山水，成功轉型，成為湖湘以及國內風格獨樹的新水墨山水畫畫家。他既重傳統的筆墨韻致及水墨精神，亦重西畫的現代構成與色彩光影，因此他的畫既舊又新，既中亦西。此次展出的作品中，有他的歐洲以建築為視角焦點的寫生係列，和以湖南丘陵地貌特征為主的 “清風掠過” 山水畫係列。這些作品都呈現了他對水墨表現當代生活的新手法的探索同追求。無論是構圖的講究、墨色的融合、畫麵的現代詩意和虛實處理，都顯示了筆墨當隨時代的苦心詣意。
Mr. Liu Yun is a famous oil painter in his early years, and become a new ink painting and landscape painter with unique style of Hunan and China by successful transition after he is wrapped up in ink painting and landscape painting for recent 10 years. He attaches importance to both the poise and charm and spirit of Chinese traditional ink painting, and the modern composition and color compose of Western painting. So his painting has not both old and new style, and both Chinese and Western style. The works provided for the exhibition includes his sketch of European building as angle of view, and “cool breeze skimming over” landscape painting showing the hill geomorphic features of Hunan. These works show his exploration and pursuing of a new skill expressing modern life with ink painting. Whether cultured painting composition, confluent ink colors, modern poetry shown in the painting, or false and true show the painstaking intention that "ink painting should follow the times".
孔小平先生的書法，則是傳統與個人相結合做得比較完美的個案。他年輕時臨過許多名家的字帖碑帖，傳統的筆墨功底夯得極為深厚，但終於，他並未將自我湮沒在名家風格的陰影下，而是走出來一條非常自我的路子，形成了有極高辨識度的個人書法風格，他的書法擺在任何展事中，一眼就能讓人認出其中哪一幅是出自孔小平先生的手筆。他對傳統是入得進又出得來，既融合又獨造，最終書法成為了他的個性同情懷的揮灑，成為了作為湖湘當代藝術家個人胸臆的表達。他的作品結字獨特，用筆老道，內斂、沉穩而充滿文化的貴氣和精神的優雅。
Mr. Kong Xiaoping more perfectly combines traditional and individual styles in his calligraphy. When he was young, he copied the copybooks and stone inscriptions of many famous calligraphers to obtain extremely profound foundation of traditional calligraphy. Nonetheless, he was not affected by the style of the famous calligraphers but walks in his own road to form very different calligraphy style. When the calligraphy of Mr. Kong Xiaoping is exhibited on any exhibition, it is possible to find out at a glance which works are created by him. He can freely show and fuse the traditional style and create his own style to reveal his personality and feelings and express his individual heart as a contemporary artist of Hunan in this works. His works show unique character structure, seasoned calligraphy skill, restrained and calm style and are full with style cultural luxury and mental elegance.
無論是劉雲先生還是孔小平先生，他們都是用傳統的筆墨工具在傳達當世的人文情懷，他們追古意氣，亦求新麵目，將傳統同現代溶鑄一爐，煉成了湖湘新的繪畫語言和書法語言。作為湖湘藝術的代表，他二人真是當之無愧。
Both Mr. Liu Yun and Mr. Kong Xiaoping communicate humanistic feelings of the present age by traditional painting tool, pursue ancient will and spirit and new features, and fuse traditional and modern style to create new painting language and calligraphy language of Hunan. They fully deserve the representative of Hunan art.
澳門是一個開放的社會，在藝術上有著廣闊的視野，古今中外盡收眼底，此次劉雲孔小平二先生的繪畫書法作品展，借基金會的平台展示湖湘藝術的風貌以及二位藝術家的才情，乃是一件可喜之事。能夠讓澳門市民得觀內地一域的藝術風采，獲得新的觀賞喜悅，還得感謝澳門基金會及吳誌良先生。
Macao is open society with artistically broad perspective and a panoramic view over all times and in all countries. Painting & Calligraphy Art Exhibition of Liu Yun and Kong Xiaoping, which shows the artistic style and features of Hunan and the abilities and emotions of two artists by the platform of Foundation, is a gratifying thing. Acknowledgement is given to Macao Foundation and Mr. Wu Zhiliang for enabling the citizens of Macao to understand the artistic style of Chinese Mainland and obtain new visit pleasure.
希望澳門的觀眾，會喜歡這次展事。
The audiences of Macao are expected to like the exhibition.
